Delivery and shipping costs
Orders placed on weekdays before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day ( this cannot be guaranteed during holidays or vacations ). This means you'll usually receive your order the next business day.
Letterbox packages are (where possible) lightly vacuum-packed. This means that the yarn balls will arrive flat in a bag. When the bag is opened, the balls will return to their original shape.
We have all products in stock and in stock for immediate delivery. If there's anything wrong with your order, we'll contact you.
Pre-order
We only ship pre-orders if your order is complete. This means that if you've ordered additional products, we'll include them with your pre-order. We always clearly indicate whether the product is a pre-order. If you'd like to receive the additional products sooner, please create a separate order for the pre-order.
When you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. We ship all packages and regular mail with PostNL and charge the following shipping costs:
The Netherlands
For orders weighing over 50 grams within the Netherlands, we charge €5.99 in shipping costs. For orders over €75, we offer free shipping. For orders weighing under 50 grams that fit through the letterbox, we charge €5.99. €3.99 shipping costs.
Belgium
For delivery in We charge €8.99 shipping costs to Belgium. Free shipping on orders over €75.
Germany
For deliveries in Germany we charge €9.99 shipping costs.
If we are unable to deliver your order on time, we will always contact you.
Package not received due to incorrectly entered address
Address information must be entered correctly. You will receive a confirmation after placing your order. You can check your details via this confirmation. If your details are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can change them.
Once you've received notification that your order has been shipped, we can no longer change this information. Packages with an incorrect address are usually returned to us within a few days, along with an invoice for the return shipping. (€7.99 for a package) (€4.25 for a letterbox package).
The cost of resending the package to the correct address is €2.95 plus the return shipping costs. If you wish to cancel the order, that is also possible. The return shipping costs will then be deducted from the amount you receive.
If your package is lost at the post office due to an incorrectly entered address, you can reorder it through the website. No rights can be derived from incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns
You can return your order without giving a reason within the 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return unopened materials (excluding crochet patterns or crochet kits with patterns) without giving a reason. Only complete, unused, and undamaged materials may be returned.
Do you want to return your purchase?
We prefer to receive returns in the original packaging in which we sent them to you. If you no longer have the original packaging, or if it is unsuitable, please return the item to us in suitable packaging. The product may only be opened or used to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.
