Delivery and shipping costs
Orders received on workdays before 13:00 will be shipped the same day ( this cannot be guaranteed during holidays or vacations ). This means that in most cases you can receive your order the next workday.

Letterbox packages are (if possible) lightly vacuum packed. This means that balls of yarn will be received flat in a bag. When the bag is opened, the balls will return to their original shape.

We have all products available directly from stock. If there is something wrong with your order, we will contact you.

Pre-order
We only send pre-orders when your order is complete. This means that if you have ordered more products, we will send these products with your pre-order. We always clearly state with the product whether the product is a pre-order. Do you want to receive the ordered products earlier? Then create a separate order for the pre-order.

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. We ship all packages and letterbox post with PostNL and use the following shipping costs;

The Netherlands
For deliveries of orders heavier than 50 grams in the Netherlands we charge €5.95 shipping costs. For orders above €79,- we do not charge shipping costs. For orders lighter than 50 grams that fit through the letterbox we charge 2.95 shipping costs.

Belgium
For delivery in We charge €8.95 shipping costs for Belgium.

Germany
For deliveries in Germany we charge €9.95 shipping costs.

If we are unable to deliver your order on time, we will always contact you.

Package not received due to incorrectly entered address

Address details must be filled in correctly. You will receive a confirmation after placing your order. You can check your filled in details via this confirmation. Are your details not filled in correctly? Please contact us immediately so that we can change your details.

Once you have received a message that the order has been shipped, we can no longer change this information. Packages with an incorrect address are usually returned to us within a few days, together with an invoice for the return shipment. (€7.99 package) (€4.25 letterbox package).

The costs to resend the package to the correct address are €2.95 + the return costs. If you want to cancel the order, that is also possible. The return costs will then be deducted from the amount you will receive.

If the package gets lost at the Post because of an incorrectly filled in address, you can reorder the package via the website. No rights can be granted to incorrectly filled in addresses.

Returns

You can return your order without giving a reason within the 14-day money back guarantee. You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened materials (excl. crochet patterns, or crochet packages with pattern) without giving a reason. You may only return complete, unused and undamaged materials.

Do you want to return your purchase?
We prefer to receive returns in the original packaging in which we sent it to you. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it is not suitable, return the material to us in suitable packaging. The product may only be opened or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
